GUIDANCE FOR PURCHASERS
- Before bidding all prospective purchasers should read carefully the conditions of Sale
- All Lots are sold subject to any announcements that may be made from time to time from the Auctioneers Rostrum and therefore it is the responsibility of all bidders to be in attendance at the commencement of the sale of a Lot to hear any such announcements.
- Prospective purchasers are advised to inspect Lots and Passports in the main office prior to purchase
- Purchasers must make arrangements for the keep of the Lots from the fall of the hammer
- A pass-out must be obtained from the main office prior to an animal being removed from the sales.
- Where an animals is unsold in the sales ring and a purchaser agrees a price with the seller, with or without the assistance of Hanley Sales, this transaction must be completed and signed for through the main office. Failue to do so and the purchaser will not be allowed into Hanley Sales in the future
